They started by helping me stage my home for sale, they did a careful analysis of the housing prices in the area, they professionally reviewed offers with me and they made sure that they were present for all home inspections and the appraisal. They are the best realtors with whom I’ve ever worked. Jeri and Jesse also found me my current home. Because they understood my needs they zeroed in on exactly the home I wanted. What’s most interesting is that they made almost no commission on the new home because it was new construction that was in high demand and the builder was not compensating realtors.
