          Bonita Beach Road Corridor

Bonita Beach Road is Bonita Springs main east-west route. Running from Bonita Beach Park to Bonita National Golf & Country Club, it stretches over 10 miles and provides access to more than 10 gated communities and country clubs. Bonita Beach Road is also intersected by major thoroughfares like Vanderbilt Drive, I-75, US-41, Imperial Parkway, and Old 41 Road.

Given its significant location, there are many reasons why you should invest in a luxury home at the Bonita Beach Road Corridor:

          High investment potential

Bonita Springs used to be a sleepy town, but now it’s the center of one of the most dynamic areas in Southwest Florida. Its location between Naples and Fort Myers gives investors plenty of opportunities in residential and commercial real estate.

The Bonita Springs government is also undertaking a variety of development projects along the thoroughfare, further enhancing investment potential and property values in the area.

Well-loved local establishments such as Dolly’s Produce Patch & Eatery and Flamingo Island Flea Market now sits alongside new developments such as the Bonita Breeze luxury auto condominiums and Entrada, a commercial redevelopment project that houses Braxton College for first responders, Access Holistic Healing & Hypnosis, the Bohemian restaurant, and Napoli on the Bay Pizzeria.

          Promising residential developments

There’s a wide range of residential developments in the works at Bonita Beach Road. These include Cabana Resort – a 25-acre luxury condominium complex with its own promenade, neighborhood park, and commercial space – and New Neighborhood, an unnamed gated residential community proposed by Barron Collier Cos. and Seagate Development Group.

You will also find upscale single-family homes and new construction properties in existing gated communities, such as the Bonita National Golf & Country Club, a luxury golf course community with a variety of property types and its own 18-hole championship golf course and state-of-the-art clubhouse.
