Jesse and Jeri were absolutely essential to my home purchase. Jesse was able to schedule viewings and meet with us the same day homes went on the market. We really valued his insight as we looked at potential homes and was very accomodating to our pace. Once we found a home we liked, Jesse and Jeri were thorough with all the paper work, and at the negotation table, were able to get us a better deal than we were anticipating! The Hannon Group was very professional in every detail. Jesse and Jeri evaluated my home’s value and recommended workmen to do the work I felt needed to be done. They kept in touch with me regularly and answered all questions I had. During one awful crisis, Jesse calmed me down and worked to help me solve the problems associated with a pipe breaking and drenching through the ceilings and walls of a bathroom and the connecting bedroom. The work to repair all the damage was done and the settlement went on as scheduled.
